Buried alive!

I have been organizing the studio for over a week but it seems much longer than that.
It is going well but so very time consuming. When I moved into this room, I simply painted, moved all the furniture and shove it all in. It didn't work well but I was simply too busy to do it right. So now is the time to get it all straighten out. In the process I have found some buried treasures, things that I have simply out grown, and the things that are way beyond expiration. LOL

Trims, trims and more trims. They are wrapped on chipboard and so far I love this.

I am nearing the end~I hope! I still have furniture to paint and a chair to recover as well as find some curtains. I found some I really like but of course they were OUT of stock. It is a long process but I am excited by the changes. I am filled with inspiration and want to get creating. The day for that can't get here soon enough.
I will have more pictures soon.

In this drawer we have Sticker overload!

Blessings,Pea

I have been working on my space slowly for over a year now. I finally took over the entire open space of our basement. I have to finish painting come warmer weather so right now it's storage and organizing. Lots of work but worth it in the end when you can find everything and know what you have :0) Looking forward to seeing your end result :0) Schell

Great idea for storing trims! January always seems to be the time for organization. It's like wiping the slate clean after a busy holiday season to start afresh. Good luck getting finished.

Schell,
we have a few pieces in our rooms in common. I love your room. very inspiring to me. Not only that but you actually work in there and make a mess. LOL
Can't wait until it is done.

Thank you Patti,
that is why I did it. Have 4 tubs full of ribbon. It took forever but well worth it. I just knew there had to be a better way.

Thank you Tracy,
I love having it organized but just not good at it. So I struggle but do keep it pretty neat and tidy once done. Pain in the butt doing it though.
FB pay it forward? mmmmmmmmmmm will have to check you out to see what that is.

Thank you Debbie,
yes, every January I take off and do a bit of purging and cleaning. It does set the mood for me to de-clutter mind and house.

Pea, I love your ribbon drawer! I have my ribbons on cards but it's not pretty and neat like yours! I'm going to have to redo mine. Yours is gorgeous!
