Hot Cocoa recipe

Tracy over at Tracy's treasures( Link HERE)
is making snowman soup for her guests. I have made these for many years but I also make the cocoa. So with everyone trying to save pennies I thought I would share the recipe. This is Mom's recipe and I don't know where she got it from but she made her own as she is allergic to Corn syrup and it is in everything.

Red's Hot Chocolate

1 cup powdered sugar sifted
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups powered milk
1/2 cup non dairy coffee creamer
1 cup marshmallows

Sift all( except the marshmallows) ingredients together or place in food processor and blend well.
* flavoring can be added- mint 1/8 mint extract can be added to pre-sifted mixture
or orange, raspberry add 1/2 teaspoon of extract.

Now head over to Tracy's blog for the poem/packaging of the snowman soup.
Happy Holidays!

Wow I feel like a star :)
I was mentioned two days straight on your blog :)
I see you like my photo, that is actually a gift that Ashley is giving to her friend as part of her Christmas gift this year.
I will have to try out your mom's recipe, as the girls and I all love hot chocolate.
